1. Airfare for her and her significant other for the screening appointment and the embryo transfer procedure

2. Hotel for the screening appointment and retrieval procedure

3. Local transportation to and from your local airport and to and from the airport near the IVF clinic

4. Parking at her local airport

5. Per day meal allowance, including travel days

Surrogate Requirements/Qualification

Be between the ages of 21-38
Be a U.S. citizen
Be a non-smoker
Be a U.S. citizenNot receiving any State financial aid (welfare)
Dependable car and driver’s license
No major complications during previous pregnancies or deliveries
Have had no more than 4 vaginal deliveries or 2 C-sections
Live in a surrogacy friendly state (please contact us if unsure about your state)
Be in a stable living situation
